XQ-1 Metallographic sample mounting press is designed for mounting small or irregular shape and those difficult to hold samples. It is former procedure of grinding and polishing to use thermosetting plastics to inlay the sample. It is a mechanical mounting press and the heating is operated by digital temperature controller with stable and reliable performance. To operate more safely, it is equipped with a protective cover board. Therefore it is the ideal equipment for sample inlaying.
