Brief Introduction:
QGZ-90 metallographic sample cutting machine is a precision cutting machine integrating automatic mode and manual mode. With the X axis worktable, it has automatic and continuous cutting function along the Y axis. With the function of adjusting the height of spindle, it is used for a variety of shapes, sizes and materials sample cutting. The cutting ability can meet the daily production inspection and laboratory detection for cutting samples.

1.The chiefmotor adopts frequency conversion motor. The rotating speed adjusts from 500r/min to 3000r/min, and the speed stability won’t be changed due to the load. It meets the cutting needs of various materials.
2. The height of the spindle can be adjusted, it adapts to small and thin diamond cutting disc or big abrasive cutting disc. It compensates the wear and tear of cutting disc, effectively improves the cutting disc and saves the cost.
