The metallographic cutting machine is composed of a fuselage, an electric control box, a cutting chamber, a motor, a cooling system, a cutting wheel etc. The cutting machine can cut circular workpieces with a diameter less than 100mm, and can also cut rectangular specimens with a height of 100mm and a depth of less than 200mm.

The machine cools the specimen through a cooling system to prevent the specimen from overheating and burning during the cutting processing. The machine can also set the cutting speed while cutting different materials, thus improving the quality of the cutting samples. The machine has two modes, manual and automatic.
