Applications

This polisher is of double discs and suitable for carrying out primary grinding .normal grinding and polishing against metallographical specimens. Since the machine is speed-adjusted by a frequency converter,the machine is enabled to run at a revolution of 50 to 1280rpm ,which favors the machine with wide applications.The machine is equipped with cooling system which can cool

down the specimen during primary grinding so as to prevent overheating and damage the metallographical structure .The disc on the left is for primary grinding and normal grinding while that on the right is for polishing .Two men can operate the machine simultaneously . Featuring easy operation and reliable performance ,it is an indispensable device for the factories ,research institutions and college labs to prepare metallographical specimen .
