MoPao 1000 stepless auto metallographic sample grinding and polishing machine

Brief introduction:

MoPao 1000 can be used to grind and polish all kinds of metal and alloy material.Full fiberglass reinforced plastics machine shell and aluminium alloy base make sure that there will be no rust during long time using. The rotation of motor is controlled by converter, the unique design makes the machine with the functions of programable speed setting and rotating timing setting, which will greatly increase the working efficiency and benefit the operator to rapidly change another batch specimen without any further setting.

Features:

Basing on the requirements of sample preparation, by the programming function we can preset the three classes speeds as you like, generally by low, middle and high speed.

The machine is of timing function, by this function we can set the grinding or polishing running time, when the gringing or polishing starts, the water valve starts synchronically. When the gringing or polishing is off, the water valve is off synchronically.

One key setting clockwise or anticlockwise rotating.

Rotating speed and running time is displayed lively on the window.

Optional magnetic disk mounting details (one set of magnetic disk is with one adhesive magnetic rubber disk and 5 pcs. Of anti-sticking disks):

Take off the back paper of adhesive magnetic rubber disk, then stick it on the aluminium working disk:

After above step, you can place the anti-sticking disk on the magnetic disk, then it will be magnetized on the magnetic disk firely.
