EI-2B type is stepless speed change; the power source is acted by frequency changer and BY802-4

frequency conversion motor that is transmitted to the subpanel by the O shape triangle belt, making the disc

rotate. Power switch and frequency conversion button installed on the side of the body and board, there is

connecting to the power and press the frequency conversion button, there can choose the various speeds,

which is the abrasive wheel speed and indicated on the frequency conversion, double as the grinding disc

speed.

Application:

In the process of metallographic specimen, it is very important for polish and grind, as usual, it is adopted to

metallographic pre-grinding machine and polish machine. Our company designs a new type stepless

polish-grinding machine EI-2B, it is can finish different rough, fine, dry, wet grinding and processes of

polish. The polish-grinding discs are larger than of the same kind machine of domestic, it is increased the

effective 20%-30% working surface, adapted to different kinds of material make requirement, also improve

the efficiency and polish quality , it is a perfect and ideal metallographic equipment.
