MP-2DE Metallographic Grinding and Polishing Machine is equipped with double discs. It can finish the whole process of rough grinding, fine grinding, rough polishing and finishing polishing for specimen preparing,pre-grinding normal grinding and polishing against metallographic specimens. It can change the speeds from 50rpm to 600 rpm for grinding and polishing through the microprocessor control system, which favors the machine with wide applications. With double control system, the machine can be operated by two persons simultaneously. The machine is equipped with cooling system that can cool down the specimen during pre-grinding so as to prevent overheating and damaging the metallographic structure.
