Equipment Overview

Metallographic grinding and polishing machine is mainly used for grinding and polishing metal materials. This machine can choose to use pressure ring mounted card or magnetic adsorption way to place sandpaper and polishing pad, work more stable operation. Magnetic adsorption is mainly used to overcome the shortcomings of pleating of the traditional carded polishing fabrics. The polishing fabrics with pressure sensitive adhesive are affixed to the polishing film and then adsorbed on the magnetic film. Secondly, the replacement of the sandpaper and the polishing pad is more convenient.

Installation conditions
This equipment is required to be used at altitudes below 1000m, temperature 25°C±15°C, and humidity 55%Rh±10%Rh.
